CP's Pancake Recipe

2 Cups Spelt Flour

1tsp. Sea Salt

1Tbs. Allspice

2 Egg Whites

1.5 Cups Soy, Almond or Oat Milk

1 Cup Blueberries

Blend all dry then add wet ingredients.

mix 18x only!!  Lumps good.

Heat cast iron skillet to medium high then add a pat of butter…
